Donor Insights
Every donor journey is different.
Identify donor patterns, opportunities, and the perfect moment to reach out
GivFlow tells you the story
The story isn't what's important. It's how you can use the story to pastor better.

Track what matters.
Seperate by fund.
We understand churches accept donations from different funds all the time. Each of those gifts, while important, may not reflect someone's true story.
Someone becoming a second time donor your missions fund, is not always the same thing as someone becoming a regular donor to your general budget. GivFlow allows you to seperate those things and drive different communication based on those funds.
Donor units.
Joint Donor Tracking.
Setup your budget to track by individual or joint donors. This ensures all donations are shared as a unit - when a spouse gives for the first time, they won't be tagged as new if their spouse has given before.
This also means communication happens the same way. When you set up a givflow automation, that automation will use your tracking type to ensure we're sending communication to each donor available.
Donor Status.
Be there for every step.
Knowing where the donor is a in their journey not only allows you to be a better pastor, but enables givflow automations to ensure we're sending the right message, at the right time.

Changes.
Not always about dollars.
Sometimes, it's nice to know, though. Not only can you easily spot increases or decreases in gifts, you can also spot giving over time changes with donor tiers.
Donor tiers allow you to track trailing 12 month (TTM) totals. Calculate cumulative totals across joint donors (or individual) to quickly know if someone is a high capacity donor or not.
See what happens when giving is handled well.
We would love to connect and chat with you about your organization and how GivFlow might be able to help you specifically.
