If you haven’t heard about GivFlow automations, you should check out the pre-launch landing page! While currently in beta, we wanted to highlight the feature, go over how it works, and why it’s needed. At **GivFlow **we have a unique perspective and have been privileged to have access to a lot of data. Moreover, because of how we track donor development, we constantly received feedback of ‘how do we communicate with our donors?’, ‘what do we say?’, and ‘when do we say it?’. So for the last few months, we’ve been trying to make this easier for our churches.

While this report was wildly useful, we got a lot of feedback on it’s intuitiveness. Without going too far into the weeds, before you needed to select the proper date range order to produce either lapsed donors, or new donors.
